The Richland County Sheriff’s Department has reported that a shooting occurred at Meadowlake Park in South Carolina in the early hours of Saturday morning, resulting in nearly eleven people getting injured.
Deputies were alerted about a large gathering of teenagers at the park at around 1:20 am. They found that most of the crowd had already dispersed when they arrived.
The dispatch informed investigators that several people who were shot had started arriving at nearby hospitals.
It was discovered that at least eleven people were injured; nine had gunshot wounds, one was hit by a vehicle, and another sustained a hand injury. The ages of the victims ranged between 16 to 20 years old.

Miquise Fulwiley, aged 19, who was identified as the driver, was arrested along with his 18-year-old passenger, Ty’Quan Kelly, after the authorities eventually stopped them regarding the South Carolina shooting.
Miquise Fulwiley was charged with several offenses, including unlawful pistol carry, simple possession of marijuana, and failure to stop for blue lights.
On the other hand, Kelly was accused of possessing marijuana and unlawfully carrying a pistol, resulting in charges against him.
